Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Jenexio platform. By creating an account, accessing our services, or using any feature of the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country) to create an account and use Jenexio as a seller. By registering, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed. Sharing accounts is prohibited.
Subscriptions and Billing
Jenexio offers subscription plans with monthly and yearly billing intervals. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees. Plan upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Seller Obligations
As a seller, you are solely responsible for the products you list, the orders you fulfill, the accuracy of product information, compliance with consumer protection and tax laws in your jurisdiction, customer service, and dispute resolution with your customers. You must not list illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited products.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Jenexio to: violate any law or regulation; infringe intellectual property rights; sell counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods; engage in fraud, money laundering, or deceptive practices; transmit malware or harmful code; spam, harass, or abuse other users; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform; or interfere with the proper functioning of the service.
Payments and Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. For transactions between sellers and their customers, refunds are governed by the seller's own refund policy and the laws of the seller's jurisdiction. Jenexio is not a party to these transactions.
Intellectual Property
The Jenexio platform, including all software, designs, logos, and content provided by us, is the intellectual property of Jenexio and its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you upload, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process it as needed to operate the platform.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the platform or its users. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon termination, your access to the platform ends, but certain provisions of these terms will survive.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jenexio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, registered users will be required to review and accept the updated terms before continuing to use the platform.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Jenexio is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
